學茶不能偷懶

今天在 FB 上看到有人貼了一則 中國時報所作的報導. 一般情形我是會尊重科學家的, 但是今天這則新聞 “喝綠茶恐不孕? 果蠅實驗獲得證實”則打破我過往影片中科學家是否真的值得尊重有了很大的疑問了. http://tube.chinatimes.com/20151213003546-261403 針對這則新聞我要提出三個嚴肅的問題: 人類的體質或是生殖能力與果蠅相同嗎? 請科學家講清楚 請細看影片中用的是甚麼樣的茶飲? 是散葉綠茶葉泡出來的茶嗎? 還是寶特瓶的速食冷飲?  寶特瓶中的綠茶是絕對有化學附加物, 如色酸, 香精及保鮮等化學物及糖;  就選其中一個要素來說吧, 綠茶或是輕發酵的烏龍茶, 若是泡出來後不即時飲, 那顏色會因與空氣接觸而氧化, 顏色變深.  在透明色的寶特瓶中怎麼”綠茶” 顏色能保持如此青綠而不氧化? 廠家有用純質的茶而沒有使用任何添加物嗎? 在日常飲食中常食用加了香精, 色料或是其他混合物的食品, 別說茶 了, 其他的食品或是飲料, 是否健康而對身體無害呢 ? 色料與香精給食品加工業來創造很大的市場利潤空間, 需要產業贊助的科學研究所敢說真話嗎? 每天高喊健康養生, 但在日常生活中選擇便宜與方便, 經常外食以及貪嘴飲甚麼泡沫紅茶或是珍珠奶茶或是寶特瓶裝的冷飲, 這一切購買行為是反映你怎麼對待自己身體健康. 這日常保健的工作是誰應該為你負責?  我自幼愛喝茶, 但是自幼為父母泡茶與觀察中我選擇遠離常飲濃茶. 更是排斥加了香精或是色素的茶. 出國後更是因教導與推廣茶與文化, 更是一日不可無茶. 結果有影響我的生殖力嗎? 看看我那一出生就健健康康的兩個兒子就知道這則新聞有多離譜了. 茶有許多好處,  但是今天在利益驅使下, 有許多店家賣的不是純質 的茶, 劣者更是添加香精或是色料.  消費者若是貪便宜導致選茶不當, 盲從媒體或是廣告誇大推銷, 自己執意選擇不當的飲茶方式, 這些不當的決定哪會有好結果????  […]
